Job Description

• Supervise end-to-end soft services operations at facility level

• Ensure vendor compliance, SLA adherence, and operational efficiency

• Manage housekeeping, horticulture, pest control, and support services

• Oversee financial processes including invoices and OPEX inputs

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and service quality standards

• Conduct inspections, audits, and performance evaluations

• Manage ServiceNow ticketing and operational workflows

• Coordinate client, vendor, and internal stakeholder communications

• Support budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure smooth execution of events, meetings, and facility activities
