• Monitor ServiceNow workflows and ensure timely resolution of facility tickets
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, client visits, and internal events
• Evaluate vendor performance against SLAs and operational KPIs
• Verify vendor staffing levels and ensure contractual compliance
• Conduct grooming inspections and audit attendance records of facility staff
• Ensure cafeteria, pantry, and common areas are maintained to quality standards
• Coordinate building maintenance activities with relevant stakeholders

• Prepare Monthly Management Reports (MMR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
• Maintain key inventory and access management systems
• Support OPEX budgeting and cost tracking activities
• Ensure adherence to hygiene protocols, safety standards, and cleaning schedules
• Manage pest control, horticulture, and landscaping vendor operations
• Track consumables, housekeeping supplies, and stationery requirements
• Maintain attendance records and shift schedules for facility teams
• Support recruitment and onboarding of facility staff
• Coordinate event setups and support corporate events execution
• Liaise with security teams for material movement and access control
• Maintain facility compliance records including audits and SLA tracking
• Oversee mail room operations and daily logistics support
• Ensure timely closure of ServiceNow and QR-based tickets
• Prepare operational reports and share updates with leadership teams
