Assistant Manager – Soft Services
Location: Devenahalli Industrial Park, Mahadeva Kodigehalli, Bangalore North
Work Schedule: 6 days working

Role Summary
Responsible for managing day‑to‑day soft services operations at the client site, ensuring high service quality across housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and reception services. The role involves vendor management, team supervision, client coordination, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily soft services operations and ensure SLA/SOP compliance
- Manage vendors, site staff, manpower deployment, and discipline
- Conduct routine inspections and quality audits
- Act as the primary point of contact for client soft services requirements
- Handle client feedback, escalations, and service requests
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance, including chemical handling
- Monitor consumables, costs, and support budget adherence
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Facility / Hospitality Management or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in soft services or facility operations
- Strong exposure to housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and vendor management
- Experience in corporate, commercial, or institutional sites preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong team leadership and vendor coordination skills
- Client-focused with good communication abilities
- Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting
