Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for overseeing daily soft services operations such as housekeeping, security, pantry, landscaping, and waste management to ensure a clean, safe, and customer-friendly facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise housekeeping, janitorial, pantry, horticulture, and security teams.
  • Ensure SLA/SOP compliance through routine inspections.
  • Manage vendor performance, manpower deployment, and staff discipline.
  • Handle client escalations and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Maintain consumables inventory and support cost control.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operations reports.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance.
