Role Summary:
Responsible for overseeing daily soft services operations such as housekeeping, security, pantry, landscaping, and waste management to ensure a clean, safe, and customer-friendly facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping, janitorial, pantry, horticulture, and security teams.
- Ensure SLA/SOP compliance through routine inspections.
- Manage vendor performance, manpower deployment, and staff discipline.
- Handle client escalations and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain consumables inventory and support cost control.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operations reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance.
