Job Purpose/ Summary*
Responsible for developing and executing creative digital and social media strategies to enhance Welspun's employer brand, drive engagement, and strengthen its online presence across platforms.
Job Description*
- Online Reputation Management (ORM):
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, queries, and mentions across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and review sites (e.g., Glassdoor, AmbitionBox)
- Track sentiment, flag potential crisis situations, and collaborate with internal teams for timely responses
- Maintain escalation matrices and ensure SLAs for responses are met
- Prepare weekly and monthly ORM reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Social Media Management:
- Execute and manage daily posts, campaigns, and stories across platforms
- Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to create engaging creatives and copy
- Monitor analytics and optimize content based on performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR)
- Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and platform updates to enhance brand presence
- Coordinate influencer and collaboration activities, where applicable
Key Skills Required:
- Strong written communication and creative thinking
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Konnect Insights, or native platform dashboards
- Understanding of social media algorithms and community management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to time-sensitive situations
