Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership marketing professional to lead social media and tourism board marketing mandates at Holiday Tribe. This role goes beyond execution - it requires someone who can
drive social strategy, manage stakeholders, and grow into brand campaign ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management (Core Ownership)
- Own and manage the social media calendar across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Reviews, and emerging platforms
- Lead content ideation, planning, and execution aligned with Holiday Tribe's brand voice
- Coordinate closely with design, content, and performance teams
- Ensure consistency in storytelling, tone, and communication across platforms
Tourism Board Marketing (Key Stakeholder Role)
- Act as the primary SPOC for tourism board partnerships
- Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives
- Manage deliverables across organic and paid commitments
- Maintain trackers and ensure timely execution and reporting
Creative & Campaign Execution
- Drive requirements for marketing creatives across social, digital, and performance channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality assets
- Gradually take ownership of brand campaigns end-to-end
- Initially shadow senior stakeholders and transition into independent ownership
Team Management
- Manage and mentor a Management Trainee
- Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring timelines and quality
- Build and streamline processes for scalable social and marketing execution
Strategy & Growth (Future Scope)
- Contribute to overall social media and brand strategy
- Identify trends, new formats, and growth opportunities
- Leverage insights and performance data to optimize campaigns
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in social media / brand marketing / digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram-first content, with exposure to other platforms
- Experience in campaign execution and stakeholder management
- High ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- From a reputed college. Post-graduate preferred

- Exposure to influencer marketing
- Basic understanding of performance marketing
