Requirements
- Lead the day-to-day management of brand presence across key social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube, tailoring strategies by platform, audience, and business objective
- Plan, create, oversee, and deliver end-to-end social media content, paid social campaigns, and influencer collaborations in partnership with multiple agency stakeholders
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with influencers and creators to drive brand credibility, reach, and engagement
- Conduct deep audience and platform-level research to inform content, media, and influencer strategies
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report social media performance using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes
- Identify emerging consumer trends, platform shifts, and competitive activity to inform campaign planning and innovation
- Optimize content and community initiatives to strengthen engagement, conversation, and brand advocacy
- Evaluate new tools, technologies, and measurement frameworks to enhance social media effectiveness and reporting rigor
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements to drive performance efficiency and scale
- Define clear KPIs and targets to grow brand awareness, engagement, and long-term customer loyalty
- Manage social media budgets, ensuring effective allocation, tracking, and ROI optimization
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with brand, media, creative, and internal stakeholders to ensure aligned execution
Skills
- Proven experience in Social Media, Influencer Marketing or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other social media channels
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- MBA in marketing or equivalent field
- 4+ years of experience
