You need to be a HODLer of these
- 45 years of experience managing brand social media, ideally in a fintech, startup, or youth brand environment.
- A strong understanding of digital culture and finance/crypto trends.
- Proven experience in brand campaigns from ideation to social amplification as part of larger IMC efforts.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with creative instinct.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- A genuine love for finance and investing if you don't enjoy money, markets, or the world of investing, this role isn't for you.
You will be mining through these tasks
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and own the platform-wise content strategy (X, Instagram, LinkedIn) aligned with brand priorities.
- Identify cultural, topical, and financial trends to build monthly and quarterly social content calendars.
- Create briefs and collaborate with internal creative, design, and agency teams to deliver platform-first ideas and campaigns that drive buzz and brand objectives.
- Be an active part of brand campaigns and integrated marketing communications (IMC) from concept to amplification across social channels.
Creative Thinking:
- Ideate for topical moments, campaign hooks, and social media IPs that enhance category relevance and shareability.
- Drive storytelling rooted in insights, balancing wit, trust, and financial credibility.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track platform performance, audience growth, and content engagement metrics to continuously optimize performance.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Partner with the Content, Influencer, PR, and Growth teams to ensure consistent messaging across all surfaces.
- Lead brainstorms and review sessions with internal and external partners to fuel creativity and alignment.
