Job Description

Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across Multiple business Units of SISA.

Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and filings as per the Companies Act or relevant regulations as per laws applicable as per geography in which SISA is operating.

Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and provide administrative support during the sessions.

Draft and maintain accurate minutes of the meetings.

Support in the implementation and maintenance of good corporate governance practices.

Help in the preparation of governance reports and disclosures.

Assist in ensuring the company's policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory frameworks.

Serve as a point of contact between the company, regulatory authorities, shareholders, and other stakeholders.

Coordinate communication between the multiple stakeholders and various teams within and outside the organization.

Maintain and update important legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of documents, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
