Assistant Manager – Shift Incharge (Production – Cement Plant)

Oversee shift-wise operations of the cement plant to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.

Plan and allocate shift resources, including manpower and equipment, for smooth operations.

Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and resolve operational issues.

Conduct effective shift handovers and ensure proper documentation of shift activities.
