Job Description

Spare Part Opration
Ensure the spare part receive & issuance as per procedure followed by store team.
Ensure the part availability at branch & SF for revenue & part pending
Warehouse inventory & accuracy
Ensure part liquidate before End of life (SNO)
SRN process & SOP adherence
Franchisee wise part call review with ASM/BSM
MSL at Branch/Service franchisee
SF Inventory audit on periodic basis
Training to warehouse team on 5S/SAP/CRM & different kind of report.
Coordination with planning team for MSL/ part pending.
Coordination with technical/R&D team for BOM correction & alternate solution
New model spare part availability at branch
Monthly report on stock cont./charge back/SNO/Defective part
Monitoring of FG stock defective Random checking of Bin location
Random checking of stock weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly for all the branch
Monitoring of order vs dispatch & tracing of timely delivery at SF.
Monitoring of SIT
Monitoring of part pending till closer
Monthly review with 3rd party logistics partner
Immediate feedback, if particular part failure rate increase (Prepare quality report and take up with quality/R&D till closure)
Ensure that you & your team meet the defined KPI parameters
Ensure that you analyze the KPI report& take corrective actions in coordination with service Manager
