Assistant Manager Sales

- The Assistant Manager - Sales is responsible for supporting the residential sales team in achieving sales targets, managing client relationships and assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Generate and identify new leads through networking, referrals and market research.
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone calls, emails and social media to create new business opportunities.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Present properties to potential buyers, highlighting features, benefits and potential value.
- Oversee the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring all paperwork and legal requirements are completed accurately and timely.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with client's post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals or repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking performance metrics and sales achievements.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align sales strategies and achieve team goals.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
- You will have 5-8 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- A track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property types and sales processes.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
