  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Modernization Sales to drive sales for modernization projects. The role involves identifying potential clients, presenting modernization solutions, and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies to enhance revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for modernization projects to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their requirements and providing customized modernization solutions.
  • Conduct site visits, technical evaluations, and feasibility studies to propose suitable upgrades.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure seamless execution of modernization projects.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
