Assistant Manager - Sales

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, assist in sales strategy development, and collaborate with the team to meet organizational objectives. Responsibilities include client relationship management, real estate transaction coordination, market research, communication with stakeholders, and providing support in business development and reporting activities.

• Strong organizational, time management, and team coordination skills
• Proficiency in market research and business strategy development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in real estate, sales, or business consulting is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, collaborative environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in managing high-net-worth or luxury property clients is highly advantageous
