Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Sales Planning to support sales performance management, incentive planning, and operational execution. This role plays a key part in driving sales effectiveness by providing insights, managing commissions, coordinating incentive programs, and supporting strategic initiatives across sales channels.

What You'll Do

Track and analyze sales performance (actual vs target) and support sales planning
Calculate and manage agent commissions accurately and on time
Handle commission enquiries and work closely with sales & finance teams
Support planning of sales incentives (monthly/quarterly/yearly) within budget
Assist in organizing incentive trips and coordinate with travel vendors
Conduct market and competitor research to support sales strategies
Support new sales channel ideas and improvements
Assist in daily sales operations, campaigns, and initiatives to ensure smooth execution

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related Business field (or equivalent).
3–5 years experience in sales planning, business development, or sales operations
Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Familiar with CRM or reporting tools
Good teamwork and communication skills (able to work with agents, dealers, and internal teams)
Experience in incentive planning or market analysis is a plus
