Assistant Manager-Sales Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Business operations

• Work with supply team to carry out daily billing for the platforms
• Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of stock at the platform warehouses
• Carry out reconciliation with platforms (Flipkart and Amazon)

Finance Operations

• Carry out finance reconciliation. Verify the data provided by platforms and execute CN/DN to the platforms (Amazon and Flipkart)
• Execute payments to platform against marketing, offers, etc. that we run ensuring timely payment as per terms
• Work with audit team to process all CNs/DNs
• Execute agreements with various business partners

Other Requirement

• 2 to 4 years of working experience in operations (e commerce industry) (or finance)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills (including advanced excel and database analysis) and experience solving analytical problems
• Highly organized and results oriented

Education Qualification:

• Graduate preferably in finance or related degree required.
