Key Responsibilities
Analyze market requirements with various sources looking for outsourcing their samples for testing needs
- Working experience in handling troubleshooting of analytical instruments viz., DSC, TGA, BET, SEM, PSD etc., would be added advantage
- Generate the targeted business volume in the materials area
- Meetings with customers for testing sample viz., rubbers, polymers, metals/alloys, paints, pigments, RoHS, petroleum products
- Maintain incessant professional liaisons with customers from getting enquires, ensure receipt of samples at the lab, execution, release of results and invoicing for the work
- Responsible for revenue collections from customers within the agreed credit period
- Should be capable of travelling vigorously, as and when needed in view of adding new customers every year
- Prepare capability presentations and contribute for designing brochures to enhance business.
- Provide weekly updates on customer visits to reporting manager and attend weekly meetings with top management
- Team player with good oral and written communication skills
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
- Minimum 5-7 years of combined with technical and field experience in materials testing area
