Job Description:
Oversee and drive the achievement of the target assigned.
Based on the commitment to the target, design and implement the action plan and activity to achieve
the target.
Strengthen local and overseas networks.
Manage exports sales activities and functions.
Manage and coach the sales/CS team to support the target achievement.
Possess a sound understanding of the Seasonality, cargo flow and Trade balance in the assigned area.
Co-ordination with other Depts. viz. Operations, to confirm necessary service deliverable to the
customers is achieved & Finance for Overdue Outstanding etc.
Work and coordinate with entire sales team to improve the lifting, revenue items, collection ratio and
all kinds of target assigned.
Provide the right cargo forecast to concerning parties in order to get the right support and result.
Effective target customers development aiming to achieve the KPI lifting.
Maximize revenue negotiations and collections by dealing with the customer directly.
Effective target customer preparation and customer pool management and development. Including
existing, potential, lost customer management.
Customer relationship management and ownership. Regular review of Sales visit record, customer
demand, support record, and concerning customer detail.
Act as the window to work on necessary interaction with customer including but not limited to - Long

stay, overdue payment collection, claim and other related function.
Customer experience enhancement. Customer service improvement.
Coordinate with partners or competitors to enhance the understanding and improve the
product design.
Propose new revenue items, ancillary charges adjustment and concerning items collection
mechanism enhancement to help improve the revenue.
Market intelligence collection and information integration for necessary study and survey.
Specifications:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the liner
shipping sector.
Manage existing customer accounts and acquire new customers through active sales efforts.
Work closely with the Branch Head to develop and execute sales plans and objectives.
Monitor customer needs, feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for service
improvement.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to key clients.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasting for business planning.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand business opportunities.
Must Have:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong knowledge of shipping products, services, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage customer accounts and coordinate with internal teams effectively.
