Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Sales - IT Software to drive the growth of our digital products and solutions. You'll be responsible for acquiring new customers and merchants directly and through channel partners. This role involves defining acquisition tactics, driving revenue, and developing marketing and branding strategies to help achieve company targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive customer acquisition tactics to deliver on company targets for the Digital Products and Solutions Business.
  • Drive revenue growth from AI-based products and Fintech products, including hardware and software solutions for the Banking, Insurance, and Finance sectors.
  • Create and execute a strategic plan to achieve targets across all markets, detailing the approach for specific vertical markets.
  • Ensure all pipeline and sales activity is accurately documented and up-to-date in CRM and reporting tools.
  • Develop and execute marketing and branding initiatives to support business development and sales.
  • Drive country sales teams, taking accountability for lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue generation.
  • Identify potential acquiring partners, build and maintain the channel partner pipeline, and drive their engagement.
  • Manage high-level channel negotiations to ensure a fair and favorable relationship.
  • Manage existing channel partners to maximize their productivity and value.
  • Build the capability to efficiently acquire and on-board new SME business customers via digital channels.
  • Generate and execute digital marketing campaigns through social media and web platforms.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in Software Sales, Digital Payments, or BFSI sales and marketing.
  • Strong planning and execution skills to create and deliver on company targets.
  • Expertise in sales, including lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue generation.
  • Excellent negotiation skills for managing channel partnerships.
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and reporting tools.
  • Passion and a quality-focused mindset.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree (BE, BCOM, or BSc) from a reputed college or university.
  • MBA or PDDBM from a recognized institute or university is preferred.
