Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  • Strong understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
