Manager- Business Development: Being the Manager- Business Development of the product company, you will be responsible for identifying, signing and managing clients for the range of Fintech solutions offered by Evolute
The Opportunity
Business Development Manager- Digital payment/authentication Hardware solutions
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the BFSI segment, driving strategic partnerships, and managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of fintech hardware solutions and a strong network within banks, NBFCs, Payment service providers, and government financial inclusion programs
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify acquire new business opportunities in the BFSI, Government insurance domain
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in banks, NBFCs, Cooperative Banks, RRBs and financial institutions
- Present and promote hardware solutions such as biometric devices, thermal printers, Identity devices and micro banking terminals
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements
- Track market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies in the digital banking hardware space
- Participate in RFP/RFQs processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare monthly business forecasts, reports and strategic sales plans
Required Skills Qualifications
- 78 years of experience in sales or business development in the Fintech / BFSI hardware / Banking technology sector
- Proven experience dealing with banks, financial institutions, or government-led digital payment/authentication projects
- Strong understanding of biometric devices, KYC hardware, PoS systems, face scanners, and micro-banking terminals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle large clients.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain product specifications.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Business, or a related field
