Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Candidate should have experience in Boiler, biomass industry and Opex terms etc.
Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
Ability to flourish with minimum guidance and be proactive.
Proficient in word, excel, power point and outlook.
Experience:
5-6 years of experience in sales & business development field in boiler industry.
Qualification:
B. Tech in Mechanical.
MBA in Sales & marketing will be added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and developing business relationships with customers across target segment and Territory.
Legal, Commercial and Technical due diligence of potential customers and interacting with them to collect technical data, customer requirements.
Lead Generation:
oCold calls.
oRFI sharing.
oCustomer Meeting (Online/Site Visit).
oCompany introduction and presentation to customer.
oCustomer Relationship Management.
Marketing Support for Bioenergy:
oPreparing marketing content.
oSupport for electronic Direct Mail.
oNew marketing initiatives.
Proposal Support:
oDiscussion of client to detailed out the RFI data.
oUnderstanding of boiler system.
oProposal Preparation.
Exploring Cross Selling Opportunities with internal solar and solution team.
CRM and Database:
oNew contact's entry.
oNew Enquiry entry and details.
oMaintaining & weekly Update the CRM.
oMaintaining the Weekly Review.
oFinancial model entry and maintaining orders of Enquiry.
oMaintaining monthly Bioenergy Review deck.
oPreparation of Board deck for potential Opportunity.
Weekly review tracker for BD.
