Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned regions across India.
- Build relationships with boat builders, shipyards, engine dealers, fishing equipment suppliers, boat owners, and government stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and provide technical guidance to customers.
- Conduct competitive analysis and gather market intelligence to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct market surveys and assist customers with technical queries and installation support.
Technical Competencies:
- Understanding of marine industry stakeholders and market dynamics.
- Knowledge of product specifications, applications, and installation support.
- Ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Market research and data analysis skills (Excel and research tools).
