Overview

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our team in an L4 role focused on Operations and Trade Promotions Management. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-4 years of experience who excel in stakeholder communication, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in managing trade promotion operations, supporting business teams, and driving continuous improvement through analytical tools and automation.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and support day-to-day operations related to Trade Promotions Management (TPM).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Automate business processes and transform data using Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional plans and operational workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of scalable solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across systems.
  • Maintain documentation and provide training or support to end users as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, trade promotions, or related business functions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions and data handling).
  • Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Good understanding of business systems is a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Python is a plus, especially for automation or data transformation tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and a proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
