- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.

- Negotiate sales terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial transactions.
- Sales Reporting and Prospecting:
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts for management.

- Client Follow-up and Record Maintenance:

- Continuously seek new opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales volume.

- Provide ongoing support to clients and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Sales Compliance and Reporting:
- Refine sales processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and prepare comprehensive sales reports.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team for outdoor activities like stall activities.

- Stock Availability Reports:Real-time updates on the availability of properties, including total, available, and sold units.
- Property Details Sheets:Comprehensive details of each property, including price, size, location, and amenities.
- Sales Process Guidelines:Standard operating procedures for sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Workflow Diagrams:Visual representations of the sales processes and steps involved.
- Compliance Checklists:Lists to ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
