*Description for Internal Candidates*Key Responsibilities of Role

  • Execute business plan to achieve top line, bottom line & market share objectives.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, untapped market & meet sales targets
  • Responsible for Lead Generation & sale of Residential/retail project
  • Build long term relationships and strategic alliances with customers by understanding their product needs and delivering high quality service and prepare strategic plans accordingly.
  • Work towards developing productive business relationships with key partners, collaborators and facilitate an effective business model for Residential sales
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customers needs and key factors influencing their requirement for our services.
  • Determining and generating demand for product/services by providing requisite options to Customers and prospects seeking residential premises for Investment or end use.
  • Full monitoring of transaction on the customers behalf and assisting the customer to the final signing of Agreements and physical occupation/acquisition of the subject property.
  • Generate leads through referrals, cold calling and other marketing initiative.
  • Responsible to acquire large Corporate and HNI clients to invest in our real estate projects.
  • Responsible for networking with major Channel Partners, IPC, wealth managers and identifying the HNI clients that could be targeted, building a good relationship with keydecision makers and getting business for the organization.
  • Gather market Intelligence on competitors and their activities.
  • Planning & participating in property exhibitions.
  • Achieve top line, bottom line & market share objectives.
  • Plan and achieve sales revenue/volume and market share.
  • Build sustainable revenue model
  • Ensure accuracy of all financial and metric data in accordance with business guidelines. Extensive use of technology software like SFDCetc

*Qualifications and Experience

  • MBA/ PGDM
  • 6 to 8 years in Sales of large scale real estate project and/or Sales experience in luxury items, automobiles, hospitality projects, BFSI etc.
