Job Description

Purpose

Responsible for supervising daily Finished Goods warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely dispatch of goods, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

  • Supervise daily finished goods receiving, storage, and dispatch activities to ensure right product, right quantity, right customer.
  • Ensure accurate Goods Receipt (GR) of finished goods from the Packing Department.
  • Maintain a high order accuracy rate, consistently minimizing dispatch errors, deviations, and customer complaints.
  • Prepare, review, and authorize dispatch documents, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Oversee SAP transactions related to FG movement, location updates, stock reconciliation, and dispatch
  • Ensure real time and error free SAP / Stockone entries for inventory and dispatch
  • Monitor and maintain accurate FG inventory records at all times
  • Lead monthly physical stock verification and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to prevent discrepancies
  • Demonstrate strong leadership ability to guide, motivate, and develop warehouse and dispatch teams
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members on GMP, SOPs, SAP usage, and best warehouse practices
  • Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, including dispatch delays, inventory mismatches, system errors, and manpower issues
  • Ensure strict adherence to GMP, SOPs, safety norms, and company policies
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Handle and coordinate activities related to export licence procurement for NDPS products
  • Ensure documentation and dispatch compliance with NDPS regulations, export laws, and regulatory authority requirements
  • Timely dispatch adherence

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

  • B.Sc. / B. Pharm / D. Pharm or equivalent.
  • Experience in serialization roles preferred.
