Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, RMA (Return Material Authorization) and Logistics - Vendor Returns

In this role, candidate need to collaboratewithteams in ordertoaccomplishtheallocatedtasks.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for incoming Return requests in a timely manner.

  • Manage an active case load of RMAs on a regular basis.

  • Apply for RA (Return Authorization) numbers with our distributor and vendor partners.

  • Regularly follow up with distributors/vendors for all pending return authorizations to ensure they are processed in a timely manner.

  • Escalate to management any unresolved and/or aging RMA requests that exceed specified timeframes.

  • Build and improve relationships with vendor partners in order to maintain awareness of all returns processes and expectations.

  • Accurately process all Return requests and update ERP.

  • Create credit memo's and offsetting debit memo's in ERP for all approved RMA's.

  • dentify and troubleshoot complex RMA issues (lost shipments, damages, partial credits, subscription cancellations, etc.)

  • Work with distributors and/or vendor partners on discrepancies (returns that fail to meet authorized guidelines)

  • Prepare pre-paid courier labels for non-complex, low-value orders and send to customers.

  • Facilitate and coordinate more complex deliveries for high-value orders on behalf of our customers.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to address customer returns related issues.

  • Actively provide feedback on day-to-day process improvements

  • Work with other groups within Customer Operations, Sales, Billing, A/R, A/P, and Vendors to mitigate financial risk/exposure and recovery of write-off inventory

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • University graduate

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Customer service orientation with effective problem-solving abilities and strong analytic skills

  • Strong attention to details and high regard for data accuracy

  • SAP experience is an asset

  • Process/Domain Experience:

  • SCM Inbound Logistics

  • SCM Outbound Logistics

  • Return Material / RMA

  • ERP - SAP or Oracle

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Ability to learn quickly
