In this role we are looking someone who has end to end Recruitment experience right from designing, developing, sourcing, screening, and onboarding the candidates.
Responsibilities
Proposed hiring solutions for new businesses,
Accountable for delivery of talent across for Business Vertical and drive team/ vendor on critical KPI's.
Ensure key targets are met like on time delivery etc.
Auditing recruiters to maintaining quality of hire.
Check the hiring process and highlight any deviations from the company policy.
Deep understanding of the BPO industry and local markets to suggest and build appropriate sourcing strategies to attract high calibre candidates.
Ability to Highlight risk accounts on time with appropriate data points.
Drive team to be compliant and ensure all processes are followed as per audit guidelines.
Ability to map profiles hired in Genpact to other organizations and quote any challenges/changes needed for hiring those profiles.
Validate the hires and approve referral/vendor payouts.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualification
Any Graduate with good knowledge of MS Office
Recruitment experience in IT / ITES industry
Extensive experience within a resource acquisition and development function within in IT / ITES industry
Strong local industry knowledge
Preferred qualification
Excellent comm. skills - Verbal & Written
Good Excel/Presentation skills
Good people connect with outstanding PR skills.
Understanding on sourcing & market / competition
Eye for detail and quick response time
Ability to drive compliance & process adherence.
