System Development and Business Requirement Documentation (BRD):
Assist in the creation, review, and refinement of systems
workflow to suit emerging trends and innovation.
Regular and ongoing updation and feedback to stakeholders such as Business, Tech and Operations unit to aid in
innovating the current product offering, launching
new products as well as system developments and enhancements
Draft detailed
BRDs for system (SFDC) development projects related to new policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Ensure BRDs are clear, concise, and actionable for system developers.
Quick resolution and fix of any system issues faced by credit to ensure system is functional optimally at all times.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in system design.
Develop system which is compliant to all guidelines, requirements and framework, schemes, as required by regulators from time to time.
- Dissemination of Policies to appropriate levels, generation of MIS through system as required by regulators
