About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Risk & Compliance team as an Assistant Manager. This role requires strong expertise in audits, certifications, Process investigations, and compliance frameworks. You will lead compliance initiatives, oversee risk assessments, and ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and industry standards across our BPO vertical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, conduct and manage Contractual audits across processes to ensure compliance with contractual, statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Assistant leadership in deployment of ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and PCI DSS certifications for the entity.
  • Collaborate with process owners to identify, track, and close audit gaps
  • Conduct risk assessments & develop risk treatment plans using established methodologies for operations
  • Establish and maintain regular compliance reviews and cadence with leadership
  • Analyze data to identify risk trends and incorporate insights into reports and dashboards
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to mitigate risks and strengthen controls.
  • Represent Risk & Compliance in client calls, meetings, and reviews per the defined frequent intervals
  • Lead Process investigation in collaboration with Operations, HR and leadership
  • Develop and deploy processes & policies for Privacy & Security Management Systems to meet data protection requirements
  • Lead the Integrity team in conducting preventive audits to proactively identify risks and minimize the potential incidents
  • Provide support in ad-hoc compliance activities as assigned by leadership

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate degree required
  • Professional certifications (Lead Auditor/Implementer ISO 27001, PCI DSS, etc.) preferred, not mandatory.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in risk & compliance, audit, or governance roles.
  • Proven experience in risk assessment & treatment using different methodologies for operations and enablement functions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of the travel domain will be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts to support client audits and initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of risk & compliance frameworks
