Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager-Risk and Compliance
Responsibilities
.Perform quarterly user access review for Oracle Financials and other SOX critical applications.
.Prepare quarterly Representation Letter.
.Liaison between Internal Audit/Process Owner/ External Audit team for periodic SOX and audit related engagements.
.Assist in evaluation of Segregation of Duties.
.Evaluate process design and prepare flowchart that is in commensurate with RCM.
.Perform impact assessment of transactions recorded by IT team for key Oracle applications such as Financials & Payroll.
.Perform impact assessment for users who exits were delayed or were logged with backdated date.
.Initiate meetings/discussion with process owners related to SOX/ audit engagements.
.Work closely with internal/ external auditors for various Controllership SOX controls. This will involve explaining process, sharing evidence, addressing queries, and ensuring timely resolution of all open items raised by auditors.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
.Graduate
.Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance)
Preferred qualifications
.Prior experience to evaluate process design, identify gaps, implement controls, led process improvements and drafted flowcharts among other key activities.
.Possess excellent understanding about internal controls, identifying operational & financial risks, process flowchart and Risk & Control Matrix (RCM) document.
.Must have excellent (proficient) experience on Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Visio tools.
