Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure an exceptional dining experience, manage staff, and monitor quality standards for both food and beverages. Responsibilities will include customer service, implementing and maintaining operational standards, team coordination, and assisting in hiring and training staff to maintain a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service and a strong ability to consistently deliver exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Proven skills in managing Food & Beverage operations to maintain the highest quality and hygiene standards
• Strong Communication skills to lead, guide, and motivate a diverse team effectively
• Experience in Hiring and training staff to ensure a professional and efficient team
• Enthusiasm for the craft brewery industry and a customer-focused mindset
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a restaurant or brewery setting is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is a plus
