Role Description

We are hiring a high-discipline, execution-focused Assistant Manager – Operations to manage and scale multi-outlet operations for The Studs Sports Bar & Grill.

This role requires a structured, process-oriented professional who respects systems, follows reporting hierarchies, and ensures strict SOP compliance across outlets and franchise partners.

The candidate must combine ownership mindset with operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-outlet & franchise operations
• Ensure strict SOP adherence (kitchen + service)
• Maintain discipline, reporting structure, and team accountability
• Monitor food cost, labour cost, wastage, and margins
• Conduct audits and performance reviews
• Coordinate with franchise partners and enforce brand standards
• Train teams on process, hygiene, and service quality
• Maintain daily reporting and escalation protocols

Ideal Candidate

• Min 8- 10 years in F&B multi-outlet operations
• Strong discipline, structured thinking, and reporting clarity
• Experience in franchise or chain operations
• Good command over team control and SOP enforcement
• Calm, composed, and authority with professionalism
• Willing to travel across outlets
