Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly performance reports, including audience metrics, competitive benchmarking, and programming review decks.
  • Conduct post-launch analysis of shows and identify performance trends.
  • Provide insights for content planning and scheduling decisions.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for programming and marketing teams.

Scheduling & FCT Management

  • Coordinate with scheduling teams on promo priorities and FPC updates.
  • Track and communicate real-time scheduling changes across teams.
  • Align promotional planning with available FCT inventory (SD/HD streams).
  • Work with sales and traffic teams to optimize commercial placements.

On-Air Promotions (OAP)

  • Manage weekly promo prioritization and scheduling.
  • Coordinate promotional planning for special events, highpoints, and key shows.
  • Ensure adherence to creative guidelines, timelines, and promo durations.
  • Maintain alignment with the broader programming strategy.

Programming Support

  • Assist with weekly highpoints, thematic programming, and special events.
  • Facilitate advance planning for programming strategy discussions.
  • Ensure seamless coordination for execution of programming initiatives.

Consumer Insights

  • Manage partnerships with research agencies for audience studies and show feedback.
  • Conduct deep-dive research on viewer behavior, show launches, and brand perception.
  • Translate audience feedback into programming improvements and strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate consumer visits and viewer insight sessions.
