Role Overview:
As an Assistant Manager-Recruitments, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process of all open positions in the organization. You will work closely with the senior recruiters and hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent for the organization. Your primary duties will include sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, interview coordination and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process for all open positions, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting preliminary interviews of the candidates.
- Use various sourcing methods to find potential candidates, which includes job boards, social media platform, professional networking, reference, industry events, and headhunting.
- Screen resumes and applications to determine if candidates meet the requirements for the position.
- Assess potential of the candidates for the role and determine cultural fitment within the organization.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate interview schedule.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings.

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in executive search.
- Experience in recruiting for executive-level positions.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other recruiting tools.
