For SAP S/4 HANA – SD MODULE

·        Key Roles & Responsibilities

Work with users to understand their business requirements and design and implement solutions that meet those requirements

  • Setting up Customer master data, Sales groups, sales organizations, pricing procedures, and other relevant settings
  • Perform system testing to ensure that the SAP SD module is working as expected
  • Provide training to end users on how to use the module
  • Provide ongoing support to users for the SAP SD module, including, trouble-shooting issues, providing guidance on best practices and Implementing fixes and enhancements
  • Work with other SAP consultants to ensure that the SAP SD module is integrated with other SAP modules, such as FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling). Provide due inputs to ABAP consultants for new Custom development or modification in existing Custom reports, process.
  • Create/update documentation for the SAP SD module, including user manuals, process flows, and system configurations
  • Continually review the SAP SD module and identify areas for improvement

Understanding of below Business processes & it's configuration in SAP.

  • Pricing management
  • Checks (Credit, Margin)
  • Sales Orders, Billing, Debit Note, Credit Note and Returns Management with Validations as applicable. For Exports, Deemed Exports, Domestic – for goods & services.
  • Availability, Scheduling & Delivery
  • Handling unit management, Returnable Packaging Management.
  • STO
  • Third party sales
  • Contract management
  • Settlement process
  • Credit management
  • Sub-Contracting Sales
  • GST, E-way Bills, E-invoice

 Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics processes (preferably in the FMCG industry)
  • SAP independent user level in minimum one SAP module of the Supply Chain
  • Highly skilled in MS Office package, in prioritization and organizational aspects, goal oriented, ability to multitask
  • Able to work in a structured and independent way, solid analytical thinking, and increased attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude, customer and KPI oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving skills and root cause analysis capabilities
  • Self-motivated to propose process and system improvements and able to detail requirements for implementation
