In this role, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Assistant Manager with over three years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, machine learning, and gen AI. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead projects, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in our technology solutions.
Responsibilities
.Project Management: Manage projects related to machine learning and gen AI, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
.Technical Expertise: Utilize Python programming skills to develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and gen AI applications.
.Innovation and Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging gen AI technologies to enhance business processes and outcomes.
.Team Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems.
.Performance Monitoring: Implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of AI models and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
.Training and Development: Mentor junior team members on machine learning techniques and gen AI advancements.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Minimum of three years of experience in Python programming, machine learning, and gen AI.
.Proven track record of managing projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
.Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deploying AI solutions.
.Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
.Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
