Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Purchase based in Gurugram. The role involves managing purchasing activities, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services. The Assistant Manager will work closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain purchase records, oversee inventory levels, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial guidelines. Key responsibilities also include identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring optimal purchasing efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Procurement, Vendor Management, and Supplier Negotiation skills
  • Inventory Management and Cost Optimization expertise
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Excellent Communication, Coordination, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in procurement software and basic financial knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a prefered
