Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant Manager role based in Gurugram. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting property transactions, managing client relationships, coordinating site visits, and assisting in negotiations and documentation processes. The role also involves analyzing property market trends to provide insights and contributing to the development of tailored property investment solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee daily operations and track tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing client relationships and collaborating with team members.
  • Knowledge of property market trends and the ability to conduct market analysis to provide insights.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and documentation processes, with attention to detail.
  • Experience in real estate or property investment is highly beneficial.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
