Position Title
Assistant Manager - Projects
Purpose of Role
This role would be responsible for Projects running in specific regions of the business. He will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing various capital and operational cost at the projects. The role involves coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within cost, safety, and quality parameters.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Project Management, including Planning and Execution of Power Cable line & substation works
- Handling execution challenges (Statutory/ROW/Regulatory) including manpower management, supply and services. TL drawing & design, Quality control etc.
- EHV Substation (66,132, 220, 400 & above) Project Execution including Civil, electrical, Automation, Control Room Equipment's, Yard Equipment's testing, Commissioning with Operation & Mtc.
- Project Execution Monitoring, Billing & Revenue Realization.
- Plan, organize, estimate, schedule and effectively monitor all work activities
Critical Success Factors - Essential
- Bachelor's Degree with master's or MBA preferred. Advanced certifications are a plus.
- Total 6+ years of experience in people management.
- Project Execution in agreed budget, with quality and adherence to timeframe.
- Timely Billing to customers and Revenue Realization.
- Ensuring Smooth Supply & Services for project.
Critical Success Factors - Desirable
- Chartership or Fellowship with technical & Commercial associations.
- Familiarity with Indian Desing Codes and other international design standards.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP system, Covering Budget management, Project Planning module.
