Understand project requirement and prepare launch management kick off presentation.
Defining the Launch activities to CFT in Kick-off meeting.
Defining role and responsibility to each CFT member.
Prepare and publish time-plan after getting inputs from all CFT members.
Arrange and conduct Launch management meeting with regular intervals.
Publish weekly/ monthly report for the launch status.
Updating Launch Check Points in time in C-place.(Launch Management Tool)
Calculating and analyzing business case with support from controlling/finance.
Regular & timely follow up with CFT to meet defined time line
Good problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
Inviting and ensuring presence of all CFT members for trials/PPAP/SOP.
Identifying Risk during project/launch phase and take corrective action to mitigate risk.
Profile description:
Diploma / Bachelor of Engg. (Mechanical) with 5-7 Years of experience in Change Management /project management/ Launch Management in manufacturing plant set up (Must)
Ability to perform fundamental project management execution skills independently.
Knowledge of Project management tools and software.
Prior hands-on problem-solving tools and technics.
Good Oral & Written communication skills.
