Maruti Suzuki India Limited subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation to produce automobiles in India, has completed construction of the Plant C, and started production from April 2021.

Maruti Suzuki India Limited Gujarat plant was established in March 2014, aiming to secure production ability in preparation for the automobile market growth in India, as well as for expansion of exports from India. Plant A started operating in February 2017, and Plant B and Powertrain Plant in January 2019. In October 2020, MSIL GJ became the fastest production site of Suzuki to achieve accumulated automobile production of 1 million units.

About the Role

We are looking for Paint Shop professionals who can handle the equipment maintenance related to paint shop in an automotive workplace. The ideal person should have hand on experience in handling the maintenance of paint shop conveyors, and related machines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Spec sheet for equipment installation and modification and make plan for installation activities/modification activities.
• Understand P&I drawings, Mechanical fabrication and assembly drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/ NX/ Unigraphics to prepare drawing in 2D/ 3D and carry out necessary drawing modifications for design of new mounts and assembly.
• Equipment order, drawing check, Installation & Punch point countermeasure.
• New equipment Concept, Plan & Spec sheet make.

Qualifications

• Preferred Age bracket: 24-28 Years
• Academic Background: B.Tech. – Mechanical/Electrical
• Experience: 6-8 Years
