Job Description

Strategic / Policy Related KRAs

  • Implement revenue strategy for channels based on objectives, budget, market conditions, and competition.
  • Develop insights through advertiser/client interaction and propose client-suited solutions to improve monetization.
  • Monitor client and brand-wise spend and evaluate competitive channel performance.

Operational / Process / Technology KRAs

  • Analyze industry trends, client behavior, and BARC data to support sales pitching.
  • Support creation and evaluation of annual pitches and deals.
  • Track revenue funnel/pipeline and design attractive packages for sales teams.
  • Provide reporting and analytics support to sales teams for client queries.
  • Continuously improve methodologies and tools for advertisers and sponsors.
  • Prepare presentations and generate BI & qualitative/quantitative reports for sales enablement.

Financial Accountability / Commercial Impact

  • Execute impact/non-FCT elements to drive higher revenue.
  • Collaborate with finance and PRS leads for annual budgets.
  • Support creation and monitoring of annual and monthly deals.
  • Identify and highlight revenue opportunities to senior management.
