This role sits at the intersection of product innovation and revenue growth, directly influencing how FinnOne Neo® competes and wins in a rapidly evolving global lending landscape.
We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to drive global positioning, messaging, and demand for FinnOne Neo®, our flagship lending platform. This role will be pivotal in shaping how the product is perceived across India, Middle East & Africa (MEA), and Southeast Asia (SEA), working closely with product, sales, and regional teams.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in BFSI technology / lending platforms, with strong exposure to enterprise SaaS marketing, solution positioning, and GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
• Own and evolve FinnOne Neo®s value proposition across segments (banks, NBFCs, digital lenders).
• Craft region-specific messaging aligned to market maturity (India vs MEA vs SEA)
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
• Lead end-to-end GTM planning for product launches, upgrades, and regional expansion.
• Partner with regional sales to create Partner with regional sales to create market entry strategies for key geographies
• Align GTM with sales cycles typical of lending platforms
Sales Enablement
• Develop high-impact sales assets: pitch decks, battle cards, ROI calculators, case studies.
• Support Support large deal pursuits with customized storytelling and solution positioning.
• Train sales teams across regions on product narratives and differentiation
Demand Generation & Campaigns
• Collaborate with demand gen teams to drive pipeline-building campaigns for both transformation for existing customers and GA releases for prospects.
• Design account-based marketing (ABM) programs for product positioning in strategic accounts.
• Leverage digital, events, partnerships, and analyst relations to build visibility
Market & Competitive Intelligence
• Track competitor offerings and build competitive intelligence frameworks
• Identify market trends (embedded finance, digital lending, ESG lending, AI-led underwriting)
• Translate insights into product and marketing strategies.
Customer & Analyst Engagement
• Develop compelling customer success product stories and testimonials.
• Work with analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IBS, etc.) to strengthen positioning.
• Represent the product in industry forums, events, and thought leadership platforms
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as the bridge between Product, Sales, Pre-sales, and Marketing
• Influence product roadmap based on market feedback and regional needs
• Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
Requirements
• 6+ years in product marketing / solution marketing in BFSI or Fintech
• Strong experience in lending platforms / LOS / LMS / digital lending ecosystems for retail, corporate, SME, FAS, Gold LOBs Experience in Automotive Finance and Islamic Finance would be an add on.
• Proven track record in global markets (India, MEA, SEA)
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles and banking buyers
• Excellent storytelling, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Preferred Experience
• Exposure to Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), Collections
• Experience working with NBFCs, banks, and digital-first lenders
• Familiarity with regulatory nuances across regions
• Experience in analyst relations, competitor intelligence and large deal support, Services Marketing
