Job Description

• Coordinate with site leads to ensure timely contract renewals and PO-based vendor onboarding

• Maintain and manage procurement system (Jaggaer) data integrity across PAN India operations

• Issue RFPs and RFQs, collect vendor bids, and manage end-to-end sourcing process

• Coordinate with vendors during bidding, negotiation, and final selection stages

• Prepare procurement approval documents and techno-commercial evaluation reports

• Ensure legal contracts are reviewed, signed, and stored in procurement systems

• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with procurement policies and SLAs

• Recommend final vendors based on cost, quality, and technical evaluation

• Upload executed contracts and maintain documentation in procurement platforms

• Maintain historical pricing data (LPP) for future negotiation reference

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, site teams, and HQ procurement teams for coordination

• Support vendor performance tracking and evaluation processes

• Ensure procurement transparency, compliance, and audit readiness
