Job Description

Role responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Procurement Manager in delivering supplier management activities for West Asia
  • Drive and coordinate with the Sales team for all RFx requirements for new bids in the FM space as assigned.
  • Help undertake RFP's and RFQ's to establish competitive benchmarks for various goods and services for IFM businesses.
  • Support any other Regional and National sourcing initiatives as specified by Head West Asia Procurement (IFM).
  • Responsible to build pricing for all Manpower Service and consumable categories in all RFPs requirements of new bids
  • Negotiate pricing or terms with vendors wherever required to provide best possible solution to all the accounts.
  • Manage data analysis and reporting for JLL clients manpower and rate card information, utilizing BI dashboards.
  • Initiate and lead the annual data benchmarking process, making informed decisions throughout.
  • Should be able to adapt the Technology on Vendor onboarding process
  • Collaborate with management on development and execution of revenue generation strategies.
  • Negotiating better contracts terms of cost and T&C with existing suppliers as well as sourcing new suppliers.
  • Participate in internal audits for Procurement Function at Pan India accounts, identifying risks, establishing risk mitigation and management plans for corporate and account procurement.
  • Manage S&P Manual, process guides, updates and process re-alignment activities.
  • Establish effective communication channels with customers, vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Hands on good data management and advance excel skills.
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve procurement operations, decrease turnaround time and streamline work processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards.
  • Manage ties with suppliers, coordinating with them, and fostering long-lasting connections.
  • Take the lead in Planning, managing, and coordinating all activities related to the sourcing and procurement needed to meet the RFP Standards.
  • To Analyze, compare, and evaluate pricing solutions for RFPs to improve cost efficiency.
  • Build a foundation for communication with suppliers to guarantee that the proposals are received on time.
  • Be cognizant of market pricing standards.
  • Should be able to negotiate with suppliers on product pricing and close the best transaction possible
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in processing requests from internal JLL stakeholders, and suppliers, prioritizing accuracy and timeliness to maintain high service standards

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, internal JLL requestors, and suppliers across various levels of seniority
  • Proven track record in prioritizing and managing multiple high-priority deliverables within stringent timelines, showcasing strong organizational skills and the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
  • Demonstrated aptitude for navigating and resolving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative and effective solutions, exhibiting critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in data management and revision processes, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and data integrity
  • Advanced competency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • Good liaising and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Good knowledge of suppliers, market trends, bidding process & negotiation
  • Clear understanding of basic accounting/ finance reporting and practices

Desired experience and technical skills:

Preferred skills that will provide additional advantage but not must:

  • Experience in Sourcing and Procurement function
  • Experience in Procurement technology platforms
  • Experience in SAP Ariba, BI dashboards or equivalent tools.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream
