Key Responsibilities:
Delivering NHT training
Training Content creation
Work roster- agents + training
Identifying training and development needs within a business through TNI
Client ID management
Support trainers in conducting the training
Prepare and maintain various process/Training related documents
Liaising with the client to understand training needs
Run TNI based intervention- track pre & post score improvement
Managing On-job-training connects- publishing performance reports- 30-60-90Working with CMT team (content Management team) to create process simplified E-learning modules
Process based TNI refreshers
Maintaining training reports
Digitalization of Transition Delivery- supporting content development team with designing learning modules on Epiplex-500Client ID management
Ensuring Knowledge Sustenance in BAU by driving monthly KC through PKT, Self-learning modules, reporting compliance etc.
On job training management, analyzing, evaluating and publishing on-job-training performance
Qualifications
Graduation/Under graduation
should be ok with Rotational shifts and WFO
Min 5 years experience in Airline/Travel Process Training
GDS experience is must
