Job Description

Process Engineering, Technical services and Energy Management

Process engineering and process control for existing process plants
Support QC function to develop in process parameters specifications
Support R&D functions to support new product development
Heat & mass balance for existing products and processes
Process control for improving process efficiency
Various MIS report generation for plant performance
Calculation for steam pipeline sizing, control valve sizing
Preparing technical justification for variance in specific consumption
Concept development and basic engineering for growth and efficiency improvement capex's
Support to detailed engineering for CAPEX projects
Finalize BOQ for new projects
Supporting control logic development to instrument engineers
Co-ordination with detailed engineering consultant to develop PFD & PIDs
Technical in charge for commissioning of new projects with operation teams

Process Control

Daily monitoring shift activities and giving suggestion to improve yield, efficiency and energy consumption
Process troubleshooting to reduce yield losses.
Developing new cost-effective Raw materials, Alternate Chemistry development with R&D.
Support group technical team for commissioning of new products in plants

WCM
