Job Role: Assistant Manager Public Relations The role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility, media presence, and reputation. The candidate will handle media relations, content development, PR campaigns, client servicing, reporting, and client coordination with internal marketing teams, while building strong relationships with journalists, influencers, clients and key stakeholders across multiple

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage PR strategies aligned with organizational and client objectives
  • Organize, execute, and oversee various Public Relations activities and campaigns
  • Measure and evaluate the performance of PR activities, events, and campaigns
  • Define and monitor PR KPIs to assess effectiveness and impact
  • Prepare and present PR performance reports, campaign analysis, and media coverage reports
  • Utilize multiple communication channels (print, digital, social, broadcast) to optimize campaign reach and success
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with corporate messaging
  • Arrange, coordinate, and manage media interviews, press briefings, and interactions
  • Research, identify, and leverage relevant media opportunities for brand and client visibility
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and key stakeholders
  • Stay updated with PR trends, media landscape changes, and industry best practices
  • Develop effective PR strategies to achieve campaign goals
  • Create and implement new PR strategies for onboarding new clients
  • Manage client servicing, coordination, and communication to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction

Qualification:

Graduation: BAJMC (Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication)
